Why Eudira exists
Work produces two things: the outcome, and the intelligence generated by reaching it. Organisations often capture the outcome more clearly than the intelligence generated in reaching it.
Eudira exists so the intelligence created by everyday work can accumulate as a dedicated, governable asset of the business.
The limits of intelligence embodied only in individuals
People become more capable through work, and that capability is genuinely valuable. It is also embodied in the individuals who developed it: access depends on availability and tenure, and the business cannot separate accumulated judgement from the people who hold it.
That is not a failing of people. It is a structural property of where the intelligence lives, and it limits how directly a business can govern the productive intelligence behind its work.

The organisation receives the productive benefit and materially greater operational control over where and how that intelligence is applied than it can exercise over intelligence embodied in individual people: where it works, what it may access, what it may decide, how it is corrected and the conditions under which it remains in service.

Eudira Research examines how experience becomes productive capability and what evidence should justify allocating work to Synthetic Labour. The research exists to hold the commercial proposition to a demonstrable standard.
